As it seems to be. The simple hard boiled egg is not difficult to cook. One of the main reasons why people like a gadget to cook hard boiled eggs is peeling them. Everybody hates when after having boiled hard eggs the shell sticks to the egg, and won’t come off. It is annoying, causes waste of an egg, and time consuming. So, how do you boil an egg without causing the shell to stick to it, and without an egg cooker gadget?

Step One

Boil the water first in a pot large enough to fit the quantity of eggs to be boiled. Keep in mind that the level of water will rise when submerging the eggs into the water. Make sure that the quantity of eggs is suitable to the pot and will not cause the water to boil over the rim. Do not slow cook the water. It is not necessary. Feel safe, and quickly bring the water to a boil. Please, note that the eggs should be at room temperature. This is to prevent the eggs from cracking when placing them into boiling hot water. Cold eggs might crack when immersed into boiling hot water. Make sure there is enough water to cover the entirety of the egg/eggs.

Step Two

Utilizing a large spoon or tongs. Gently submerge the eggs into the boiling water. Do not reduce the heat.

Step Three

Immediately set a timer for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes are up. The eggs are completely boiled. When eggs are cooled (you can submerge into cold water to cool), they are ready to be peeled easily. The egg shell will not stick to the egg. Bon Apatite!
